We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.
We offer a 1 year warranty policy from the date of purchase. If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches from normal wear and tear, improper storage of the product and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Momentoglo.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 1-3 business days across New Zealand, and 3-7 business days across Australia. Please note that certain orders may require extra processing time for various reasons, these include address verification, sold-out items, rural addresses, limited edition goods, pre-orders, large orders, payments, public holidays, any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc) and any COVID-19 related protocols. .
